Doug Schmitt is one of only 120 people worldwide who holds the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor designation, DREI. Doug has the unique ability to reach an audience and deal with the individuals on a one on one basis. He provides participants with the tools and information they need to achieve desired results immediately. His state of the art ideas are drawn from daily contact and interviews with top producing agents. He is skilled in inspiring participants to take action and start realizing their personal and business goals.
With more than 30 years of real estate sales experience, Doug's achievements include listing 50 properties in his first 90 days in the business and carrying 40 to 60 listings at a time throughout his career. He has managed, owned and operated a number of large volume real estate companies. He has developed two upscale residential communities. He has been licensed as a broker in six states and has served as the southeast regional manager for one of the largest real estate franchises in the country.
Doug has consulted with thousands of brokers and sales associates across the country; he has presented hundreds of seminars, workshops and classes for REALTORS and is the author of many outstanding courses for top producing sales associates and managers.
The DREI designation symbolizes significant accomplishment in the field of real estate education, with particular emphasis on outstanding classroom performance and communication in the art of teaching others.
