- Identify (in depth) the three primary real estate industry groups destined to dominate in this decade and trends propelling them
- Pinpoint the segments of the real estate industry eroded by online aggregators and translate the benefits to the C-CREC®
- Determine which services consumers need assistance with and will pay for
- Identify which services the C-CREC® should have technology provide, have another person provide, or abandon entirely
- Compare and contrast Unbundling vs. rebundling services, fee rebates vs. fee discounts and flat vs. hourly fees
- Personalize and implement the business plan with fee structures, pricing menus and a marketing campaign as a C-CREC®
