  • Determine which services consumers need assistance with and will pay for


  • Identify which services the C-CREC® should have technology provide, have another person provide, or abandon entirely


  • Compare and contrast Unbundling vs. rebundling services, fee rebates vs. fee discounts and flat vs. hourly fees


  • Personalize and implement the business plan with fee structures, pricing menus and a marketing campaign as a C-CREC®
